Does anyone you know have their navel pierced? I 'have' to get mine done and I need to ask about aftercare.

Can I still swim while it is healing?

I have to have it done so my 16yo sister in law can have hers done. I'm trailblazing so the mother/father in law leave her alone. Heyho

hurts less than having your ears pierced :-) Don't wear tight jeans for a few days, or clothes that will catch on it. Most places will give you after care advice, but basically buy some medical / disinfectant liquid soap and wash it twice a day - and keep twiddling it to keep it moving. I'm not sure about swimming, i'd give it a week or so to heal and then you should be fine :-) Good luck!

Cant help on the belly button peircing hon....there s NO WAY i'd ever have it done lol
