That's a good deal on the flooring and repairs based on what it sounds like you're having to get done. Are you doing most of the work yourselves or do you have a contractor you're working with?
Apparently I'm terrible at checking my email notifications and such.
Anyhow, we did the work ourselves, the only thing we outsourced was the mold remediation. They basically tore out the hardwood that was affected, tore out drywall under the windows where some moisture was coming in. Turns out the window frames weren't properly sealed, and when the paint started getting old, it cracked open and left a big ol' gap that water was coming in the front.
Fixing that part is going to be a little later, but we've got travel plans right now, so they'll have to wait.
And in retrospect, I think the flooring/walls would be much more. I'll have to check with the wife as to what the numbers are for us doing it, and probably add about $750 for the floor, and who knows how much for the wall patching/painting.
