the 'cafe 80s' from back to the future 2 doesn't seem like such a ridiculous idea anymore.  in fact...the automated TV waiters would be totally possible with computing technology where it is now.

also seeing an original mac in a antique store doesn't seem so far-fetched either.

i guess this means the future is finally here...

I had this dream last night where my parents bought some huge new house and I was living in the basement.

I think I've just about had it with Windows.  It seems like every version gets flakier and flakier.  Sure, no more blue screens, but it doesn't really seem like applications are any more reliable than they were under Windows 95.  Now instead of blue-screening, they just hang, or die.

I got so bored and stir crazy playing counterstrike all day that I actually decided to come into work.

On the way into work, I saw some white plastic bag caught on a tree and for a second my brain thought it was a terrorist wearing arctic camo and was like "shoot him!".  Then I was like "oh wait this is reality".
