You're going to make me wait almost a FREAKING YEAR for the new season of Rizzoli and Isles after a cliffhanger like that?! Man, whoever you are, you SUCK.
If they pull a Ryan Murphy on this shit, heads will roll.
It takes a lot to shock me, but I was literally clutching my face for the last 2 minutes, and I even teared up a little. The high speed slo-mo made it even worse/awesome and they just had to keep cutting back between Jane and Maura at the end and break my heart a little more.
This was my fluffy gay humour show. HOW COULD IT DO THIS TO ME, I CAN'T WAIT A YEAR FOR THE COMEUPPANCE.
See as soon as I found out they were gonna cliffhang it, I was expecting Jane to get shot. I didn't exactly expect her to shoot herself to get the bad guy though, that was pretty damn shocking. But that slowmo with the cutting back and forth between the two? Pretty epic.
I'm just glad we know there's another season. Because doing that without knowing if it's gonna come back or not? Would have been TORTURE.
The gay took a little bit of a back seat to the plot this time. But the ending was just epic in the fact it was chock full of it. The last five minutes play Rizzles as true love forever/lovers/married couple, totally. Not subtext, totally in the script maintext.
