Ooooof worst night of sleep ever. Just couldn't get comfortable. I think I need to go to the Chiro again next week and have her do a full workover on me. My hips and shoulders need tweaking. They're sore as fuck, especially my hips

One never knows with these things. Once a guy asked me out in college and I wasn't attracted to him visually AT ALL. He wasn't hideous but he was extremely tall with a big nose. I know a lot of people like that, lol, but I prefer the opposite (very short with delicate features) But we had to get close to each other physically (we were in Guys and Dolls together) and there was just something about his smell, and more, there was some chemistry there. Hell, we weren't even a good match otherwise--he was too conservative and sports obsessed--but the sex was good, lol.
But at the very least it sounds like you might have a new friend.
I know I start to get sore and cramped up if I'm not exercising enough. Yoga was actually really rad in helping prevent that, along with giving me a broader range of motion with more strength. I really noticed it in my weight lifting.
I'm just genetically inclined to back problems. Scoliosis runs in the family and though I don't have it, I'm prone to issues. I've had my neck out of place for awhile. It got fixed and had been okay for awhile but it's back out now. My thoracic spine doesn't hold it's place basically. So I get subluxated really easily.
And my hips are just wide and stupid and sore.
I know I should get into yoga. I like the little I've done.
