Got through a work day without crying for the first time since the break up.

This is still insanely hard. And I cry every morning, and evening and night, it's really hard. So hard.

I'm having a hard time focusing. My mind races. And all I can think of is how sad this all is. Losing that dream that I had had for over 6 months. The dream I thought about every day. Throwing away

Just threw away all our photos and picture frames with photos of us. Still don't know what to do about my giant expensive photo album I've spent 6 months creating that is just full of him and us. I want my mom to take it and put it away somewhere. But really, I'm never going to want it. To want to look at it. I should just throw it all out.
