If you want off of this guy's friends list, here's what you do. Trust me, it works.

1) Make sure you are logged in.
2) Go to http://www.livejournal.com/admin/console/
3) Enter this command: ban_set < user >

Do not enter the < or > symbols; these are only for reference purposes. Replace with the username of the person you want to ban.
