this reminds me of a quote i once read:

"What would you do if you knew you could not fail?"

It poses an interesting question. I feel I wouldn't be doing anything different now, unless you're able to change things like risk and chance. Then I would start a really high risk business. How would you answer that question?

If I couldn't fail, I would never take the safe path. That's how i interpret it. Maybe it only applies to me, because I feel that my actions are a combination of some risk, yet enough restraint to guarantee safety. I admit that I am somewhat afraid of failure and unfortunately allow it to creep into my decision-making. If i knew I couldn't fail, I would BE BOLD. I think the purpose of the quote is to make you think consciously about how much the fear of failure holds us back. Of course you can't throw caution to the wind, but you can realize when you hold yourself back JUST because you're subconsciously afraid of failure, and eliminate that restraint. I don't know, it just is inspiring to me. If you only take a small risk to make sure you stay safe, the best you can ever do is a small success. That's what it says to me..

The underlying thought here is that you should dream big. All that is missing is convincing yourself you can't fail. My strategy for this is to look at failure as a good and necessary thing for learning. Therefore there is no such thing as failure and I cannot fail. Have you thought of any strategies for this?
