For “Sunburn,” that was just amp gain and reverb. Unfortunately, I don’t own all of my favorite amps and cabs to mic for real, so that was recorded through a POD XT Pro. I used the AC30/top boost model, which is my favorite combo for tele, ahead of the Fender Twin.
For playing out, though, I can describe my signal chain assuming I’ve got everything out and on the floor - so this was my Sunny Day Roses / Farewell to Juliet chain:
Boss CS-3 Compression Sustainer Boss TU-2 Chromatic Tuner DOD FX50-B Overdrive Boss CE-2 Chorus (unnecessary if playing through my Roland JC-120 combo amp) Boss BF-2 Flanger Digitech PDS 1002 Digital Delay Dunlop Crybaby Wah (would prefer the Hendrix Fuzz-Wah) Digitech Whammy (octaves, harmonization) … and I always wanted a Boss TR-2 Tremolo for the set, but never got one.
These days: I’d like to replace the FX50-B with a Fulltone Fulldrive 2 MOSFET, and prefer the Fulltone Supa-Trem over the Boss TR-2 and would swap the PDS 1002 for the Line 6 DL4 Delay Modeler

What kind of effects do you use on the Telecaster?
