Construction here continues. They have now almost finished the roof over the patio, and have the garage doors mostly boarded up, and added the entry door in the garage. So, I went to the dentist today. The results came back, and they aren't... all that bad, surprisingly enough. Usually the dentists complain about how bad my teeth are (it's inherited) but today was the first time they are actually going to do something about it. This weekend I went with my parents to Sylacauga, Talladega, Leeds, and Birmingham. I took some pictures of the graves in Leeds, since it was the first time we had seen the graves with the markers in place. Well, today I broke down and bought a UPS for my computer. I figure I can spend $140 now to save $1500 in the future. It seems every time there is a storm around here, the power goes out for a few seconds, several times during the storm. The UPS should keep my computer running until the power is restored. Sorry for the lack of updates recently. Not much has been happening around here. Today I bought a new hard drive for my computer and installed Ubuntu 6.06. I've been running Ubuntu on my other computer for a while now, so there weren't any big surprises getting it on my main computer.
