I know that some days (or a part of every day) is harder than others. You're making progress though and that's saying something! Try to think positive, but if you have a bad day don't beat yourself up about it.
when i had my eating disorder i was constantly thinking about when i could get to the bathroom to make myself throw up. It wasn't like I said oh maybe I should consider this, it was there, the thought came and went. The urges lessened over time, the important thing is not to give into them.
If you're interested in natural "band-aids" for the anxiety I've got a few:
Chamomile tea before bed. Lavender scented stuff constantly, or whatever scents you find calming - for me, at least, panic attacks can be diffused by scents better than anything else. Peppermint scents are good for when you're in one of those lulls when nothing better is happening so your brain goes crazy instead.
Depression and anxiety are terrible black holes. Everyone says you have to want to get better, but the hole sucks you in like a vacuum and you don't even care enough to try to struggle, let alone drag yourself out of it.
