So John had to cancel. He got sent home from work due to illness. He said he'd call me tomorrow once he saw how he was feeling.

This sucks.

Aww, that is a bummer. There is some nasty stuff going around, though. 'Tis that time of year. :[ No worries though, rescheduling is not the worst thing in the world! We've all had to do it.

Like Lily (that is Lily, right?) said, rescheduling isn't the worst thing in the world. Disappointing, yes, but not an end. Hopefully he'll feel better soon! What were your plans? Dinner?
