I am in fact intrested in your routine.

I'm getting my bike fixed up soon so I can start riding and get in shape as well. I also need to find my old weight set and start up on that or get my friend Ryan to start training me.

I've always been wimpy mclightweightenstein and that's never been fun. I've been saying I would start working up my muscles and stuff but after High School that stopped. I weigh 119.4 pounds, which is to me, bad. I thought I actually gained weight and was in the 130-140 range. I'd like to get off my duff and work out and get to maybe 150, that would my ideal muscular weight.

I didn't mean to try and detract from you at all. I truly think it's awesome that you AND Prof are working your butts off and getting into shape. Great job, seriosuly.
