Yes they do!  I hate them.  And I have one now and it's making me feel so drained.   :(  Well I've had it for the past couple of days but the fact I've had stupid really early shifts has not made it any better.  My head is so bunged up.  I have no energy  Wine is probably not the best thing for it but it's making me feel a bit better lol.
