Every time I post an entry, I look back at what I was contemplating last time out and then realise how much has changed, even though the pace of lockdown feels slower than a Pensioner in front of you in the fast lane, my head is swimming like Ian Thorpe; anyone else getting this weird phenomenon

Oh gee, I missed that one. Sounds like a tough spot, sorry to hear that finding the balance for the both of you is such a challenge right now. I second not rushing into buying a home just because you can - take the time to find the RIGHT place, bc you're going to be living it every single day once you're in.

Lockdown was always going to have its' challenges, ours' could be a lot worse.

I think they've sold it but now are doing this viewing as they feel they are obligated.

Read: They are hoping you offer more money because--at least here--until the ink is dry they can tell the buyers there's a counter-offer.

I wonder how this Pandemic would have gone down if the internet had shorted out as well...

Could you fucking imagine if we had gone through this twenty years ago? I think online shopping and ordering has done a lot to keep the death toll from being far worse than it is, plus the ways to keep yourself and your kids entertained.

Absolutely right, the ones that do want to make an effort to not be leaving the house constantly will be forced into the supermarket along with the idiots who couldn't care less about it (until someone they know gets it...)
