I have spent the better part of two weeks working on a new mail server setup at work. The ultimate goal was to cut way back on the spam being received. I don't like messing with mail servers. Heheh... The things you get used to in daily life :) Wouldn't you be surprised if, all of a sudden, you don't get _any_ spam anymore? Wouldn't you start thinking that maybe the mail server'd crapped out as well?

Yeah if my e-mail went from 60 to 4 overnight I might suspect something as well. I just thought it was funny that this user, and a few others, consider spam to be "real" e-mail.

Either way it helped,..I wrote a few scripts (read ugly hacks) for getting this type of information from the logs.
