While brainstorming I ask myself what I think of when I think of a hoe... And there aren't too many cliches I can think of that I could actually wear. Big boobs- Big booty...? Long hair... Long

Dude, buck the trend. Dress as a pimp and get a guy to dress as your ho. You can have a hat, cane, and faux-fur coat, dress the guy up in ripped us mesh shirt, and tight!tight pants.
