So I've been working out at the gym for the past couple weeks for like... 3 times a week, about an hour each session. I've had one personal training session so far. Stairmasters work really well with you ladies and leg/butt definition. You can shape up without getting alot of mass. Not to say your butt won't get bigger at first, it definitely will, but the tone to follow will be nice.
