I actually didn't intend to really pay attention to the mom. But as I was writing, I just felt it right to write more about her.
I kinda miss a story where the child respects their parents and the parents really love their children too. In the fics that I read lately (in another fandom since I'm actually still keeping distance with KT related stuffs -until I finish my exams and other duties at least), there's an obvious lack of parent-child love and even for the lovers, they tend to use vulgarities and can be a bit violent even though the authors say they really love each other, etc.
