Coffee needs to be a no no. I did have a reaction, waking up with hives last night, and having to resort to benedryl, so back to the beginning. No seeds means NO SEEDS! Though isn't coconut a seed? But I digress.... I wonder, too, if it would be so bad if this were organic coffee? Because the pesticides and such in most coffees is insane, now. And ( Read more... )

I am always leary of Kumbucha tea after seeing an experiment a friend of mine did years ago on the number of bacteria that can be found in the tea.

Can you try coffee made from chicory instead of bean? It might take a while to get used to the taste, but it's a root rather than a bean.

I was drinking teeccino for awhile. It was an adequate substitute for coffee.

Never seen coconut yogurt. It sounds yummy. I'd have to see what it does to my potassium levels though.

I will have a look at that.
Coconut yogurt tasted good but had a lot of other things in it, when I bought it. I'm going to try making my own. I found a recipe.
It was quite good with cherries and a bit of stevia.
