Ive been going to the gym since last monday to wednesday
my muscles are aching like hell
my personal trainer is good in forcing people to do what he wants

he's kinda cute

my friends in the gym have been constantly asking me how long i have been gone well i guess it has been a year...
i used to be 180 lbs
now im freaking 240lbs!

i must lose

hmm yeah im trying to avoid simple carbo hydrates as much as possible
as well as rice
