Congrats and good luck! I know it's hard to start a position for the first time. Hopefully the main librarian is a mother hen and the library has a good vision of what they want the position to be. :)

everyone i've met so far is bizarrely nice which was refreshing because there are some uptight librarians out there.

everyone is really excited to open up this position. there's a strong need to get the teens involved and we get to start from scratch. so i've got my fingers crossed!
