Drunk Driving isn't a violent offense?

Last night I was watching Nancy Grace on CNN and her coverage of the Paris Hilton situation.

Here's a little background information about what has happened.
On September 7 Hilton was pulled and failed a sobriety test. She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. Her ( Read more... )
