If you were sent here from orangerful, hello! I'm glad you've decided to visit. I'm hoping that I can get back to LJ and have an intimate little space to share my thoughts and have interesting discussions about things

The 22nd! Although this year I'll be celebrating the 24th (and the 25th) with karaoke haha.
I didn't know any as a kid, either, but that was because we were always on summer break. I remember being really jealous of people with school year birthdays because they'd get cupcakes at school and in high school they'd get their locker decorated and would sometimes get flowers or balloons to carry around all day (LOOKING BACK NOW, THAT WOULD BE SUPER ANNOYING, but at the time I thought it was adorable).
AWESOME! I'm celebrating mine on the 25th with a Disney-themed birthday party. I am an adult.
I visited a school once that would celebrate the summer kids' birthdays every six months, which was great until I realized that my birthday would be Christmas Eve. WOMP WOMP.
Hi! I love Pixar, too. ^_^ I tend not to discriminate much when it comes to Disney properties. I'm even okay with "Frozen."
Bill makes mostly video game/movie/TV show props. Some for my costumes, but mostly things he just likes the design of. Last year, his big project was a rideable RC for the Power Racing Series, which is where adults soup up power wheels cars and race them against each other. This is a picture of him, dressed as Woody, on RC: https://www.instagram.com/p/7NizjqSCEf/
I'm one of the new people. ::waves:: Nice to meet you.
I tend to post at least once a day, but it's generally just details about my everyday life.
I'm not sure we have any fandoms in common, not strictly speaking. I'm fond of Star Wars but haven't ever tumbled headlong into it. Most of my Disney experience is influenced by having a twelve year old daughter. She's only just aged out of Disney Channel sitcoms and made for TV movies (we're still watching Girl Meets World, and I suspect we will for quite a while). We've been rewatching some of the animated movies the last few weeks because she's been injured and not very mobile.
I'm 48 and married with one child. I write fic, mostly for Weiss Kreuz and The Chronicles of Narnia but also a lot of other fandoms that I've done for exchanges like Yuletide.
I have an 'about me' tag that I think is reasonably up to date.
Hi! We don't have a super-lot in common at first glance, but we might have more than we think once we get to know each other. I'll add you so you can check out some of my posts and see if you want to be friends :-)

I didn't know ANY June birthdays when I was a kid, and I know so many now. It makes me happy to have birthday month buddies.

I really like Disney too, but I'm much more a fan of Pixar than the classics.
What sort of props does your husband make?
