Moving Day
Moving day has come and gone and I'm now in my new place. I've got loads of unpacking to do. My body is in such pain! Even the bottoms of my feet are screaming. I do have to get either a carpet runner or stair treads for Sydney. He just can't go up or down the hardwood stairs. He slips all over the place. A home for me and Sydney
Today I signed my life away - or at least half of it. I now own a little townhouse in Dunwoody for $20 more than what my new rent would've been on my apartment. AND I walked away with a check for $400 after closing. I took the day off and went shopping afterwards, just tooled around Decatur and went into a bunch of thrift stores and antique shops. The Waiting Room
How weird a scene would this be? Three internationally known people have died this past week. Imagine a waiting room in the afterlife with Sadam Hussein, James Brown and Gerald Ford all waiting for whatever. What the hell would they talk about? Would James Brown serenade them? Bizarre. -
