What is a pharmacy lunch? It sounds like you're eating medication. Excuse my ignorance but that is just what it sounds like.

It's a Pharmacy lunch counter. It's simply a counter in the local pharmacy where you can buy hot dogs, hamburgers, chicken salad sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, milk shakes and all kinds of wonderful things. They were all over the place way back in the day, but times change and they are extremely hard to find.
