so we moved into this apartment. it's a shithole, but being that it's one of three apartments available that allows cats, we decide to make the best of it and fix it up. we spend roughly 80 man hours painting all of the walls & trim, pulling up carpet, refinishing the hardwood floors, rescreening the porch, retrimming the porch and other minor
