this is my first lj so im going to talk about myself first, i do gymnastics at N.A.S.A gymnastics club, at this club the slogan is "coaching with a smile" which is crap. i think this should be changed to.... coaching with a YELL AND A INSULT. pretty much if they are trying to make you do something you have never done but you dont want to, john(the
