i dont know what you call it, but you know how people like to bitch about their job, like the little annoying parts of their job they really have no control over. and i get it once in awhile, but when that is the only thing you have to talk about it gets bothersome

I completely agree. I used to be this kind of person, but really, there's no sense in it. If you don't like they way things are, then change them! (Not you, people who constantly complain.)
