Good for you for getting it properly outlined on paper, signed, and witnessed. You are right, that is completely legal, hold on to that. It means he *agreed* to it.

It doesn't mean he might not drag lawyers into it, but it does mean you have massive ammunition on your side. I am really really sorry he keeps sticking things into that wound.

Family law clerk here...use me if you need info. I won't intrude on the emotion of it all, but, rest assured, there are many provisions in the Family Law Act that will be on your side, should he call upon the lawyers.
