I don't think doctors should have the right to refuse people who want more children on the basis that they can't care for their other children. They should only be able to deny them this sort of service in the event that it's a threat to the mother's health, and even then that's questionable. Doctor's also shouldn't take the blame for her desire. Doctor's are here to serve. That's my POV.
Child services should be the ones investigating the matter.
I, personally, don't want anyone telling me how many children I can or can't give birth to.
