I think livejournal has changed for everyone . . . it doesn't provide that instant gratification that facebook does, and we're just all in different places in our life . . .

Wow it sounds like you are being awesomely productive (and awesomely leisurely! D&D and mushrooming!)

Also . . . I know this is like a no-no in the mushrooming world . . . but where did you find chanterelles? Serge and I found our oyster mushrooms at Gale Creek state park! We're going again on Sunday. Stung? By bees?

I'm not sure where we went exactly. All I know was it was in the coast range somewhere, up an old logging road. And yes, by bees -- they went through a hive of them. :( But! They are delicious :-9
