Women should realise that men cannot be changed.  This is not to say that men don't change, but any change must come from within.  Like they can be made to realise things that they have already know but just do not realise.  Because men are just thick that way

it's not that men cannot be changed. it's a woman should like a man for what he is, not what he can become to suit her.

The central element of any form of compromise is change.

But even in doing so, men will never really change solely because of external influences, i.e. to suit the woman.  It'll be shortlived because eventually they will go back to their old ways.  However, should an external influence effect an inherent desire to change, that's changing because they want to, not because of someone else.

In short, it's not that men cannot change, they just cannot be changed.

Women, on the other hand, change all the time-even when we don't want them to, hahaha!
