I've heard of it! They put on a production at the Union during Fresher's Week. Didn't go and see it though, because back then (unlike now!) I wasn't cultured...

mine would say 'ssh, i'm sleepsy', it would smell of olbas oil or black pepper and lemon, and it would wear a hat striped with different shades of blue, with a long hangy down bit like one i used to have which was like an oversized sock with a knot in it.
