And yeah, I mentioned my mom in an LJ post on Friday but not in chat cause I didn't want to be all bring-me-down-attention-whore that I usually am. ;) I have yet to call her today to find out how she's doing, I will though.

How far is your mom? Severusly, if you can get over there, even for an afternoon, it might mean a lot to her. Aaannnd...you are not an attention whore, nor do you bring me down. Ever. *sigh* I know... I had to stop reading the support forums, I was getting too annoyed. I saw something on cnn while at lunch at a chinese place about some company with "massive data loss" and wondered if it were them, I couldn't hear it really. I doubt it, but wouldn't that be interesting.

Perhaps if I go down and look for Mr. LaBatt personally, San Fransisco isn't that far... hell, I'd make it before the next uber informative update.

Current speculation seems to be that they're having the board meeting to figure out whether to tell everyone they're screwed. Various conspiracy theories abound!

Oh crap, did you see this new announcement? Is it me or does this restore plan seem a little ill-conceived?

The other thing that's totally heinous is that they seem to be telling people that although the balance will be restored to their chest, if they want to leave after this the chest cannot be refunded. Dude, they should refund the chest balance to the original payers if the board decides to move. Some people have hundreds of bucks in there.

Funny you should mention a onesie -- Kelly re-opened her cafe press store, and they have a onesie...She will switch things around for you so it says what you like. She has two versions of "I solemnly swear I am up to no good". I plan to order one...maybe a bib, too. ;)
