See... but at least that makes some sort of sense to me. "Whoa" is an exclamation of amazement now, that's generally accepted. So the use there, while new, is at least related. I don't see any relation to the standard meaning of "stupid" in the way I heard it used.

Ah but see it's the cadence with which it's said ..not as in WOAH! but rather ..another example.. " I was sleepy like woah today" I guess you'd have to hear it. It's kinda monotoned with the rest of the sentence. Anyway, it bugs me to no end and I think it's immensely retarded.. hence I deem it thus!
