No bread, no pasta, no beer, no sweets. Eat 4-5 small protein packed meals a day. If you must drink under age, Jack Daniels and diet soda. Whiskey metabolizes much quicker than any other alcohol. Don't drink potato based vodka, grain is best. Run, Run, Run. You live right next to the bike path, get on it! Lift some light weights with many rep's. Try it for 30 days. If you don't lose 10-15lbs, I would stand corrected. Also, if you want to take anti-hunger pills, that speed metabolism, try Zantrex-3.
