On target...yay!

I seemed to stay on target with Weight Watchers today. It's starting to get a little easier now that I've figured out I can get the protein I need with eggs, tuna and black beans. Being hypoglycemic I need to make sure I'm getting enough protein ( Read more... )

i try to only weigh myself once a week because of fluctuation and such. i thought about joining weight watchers but it sounds complicated and scary...heh

I actually find weight watchers much easier than counting my own calories..they break it down to a simple point system. Also, I do it all online, I don't go to any meetings or anything...I don't think I would EVER go to a meeting.

I don't own a scale...and we are house-sitting for some people and they don't seem to own one either. Soooo...I have to weigh myself at the gym...I always forget
