“Edward.”
“What? I won fair and square.”
“Let me see your arm.”
“Wha-why?”
“Just let me see it.”
“You know, Alfons...I just remembered that I ah..left the coffee on. I'll um...I'll be back in a minute.”
“Edward.”
“If I don't check on it, it might set on fire.”
“I'm sure that Winry would put the flames out.”
“And then she'll kill us both for letting it set on fire.”
“I'd pay the damages. Your arm, please.”
“Okay, fine...”
“I don't think that showing me your arm means running into the ki-Edward! Get back here!”
...Al should have stepped in between the two when Alfons chased Edward, irritated, into the kitchen, but seriously, after even six months of this, he knew better. No matter how much cheating his brother did in any game of cards, the discovery of such would soon to lead to another journey of 'discovery' that Al was quite glad to keep his nose out of, thank you very much.
...Though if they weren't out in fifteen minutes, he'd get Winry to grab the hose.
