Such detailed report! Ah so that's what it looks like behind the scene with GR. Wonder where all these restaurant/food you guys went to. Was the Yamaga Tea Ceremony open to public? Or is it by invitation? The fairmont has such fancy room~~
Since I had my iPod with me, I tried to take notes when I could. Otherwise, I truly wouldn't have remembered anything. That's how tired I was. XD;
I'm not sure which places the foods were from. One of the green room staffers was the local who knew the food places and recommended them for the lunch orders.
Yes, the Tea Ceremony was open to the public, but it was kind of hard to publicize it. For one, he didn't want it over-publicized because he didn't want to turn away people, but really only had seats for 30 people. On the other hand, the only time we were really able to tell people about it was at his autograph session. His only panel wasn't until the last day so the timing kind of went... So, there was a lot of last minute recruitment by word of mouth in the last hour before the event. ^^; I think if he wants to try it again, there needs to be a better system worked out. But it's good that he's tried it once now as a gauge to figure out what to do next time, if he does it again.
Aaah I now realize I only saw you at the swapmeet! But it looks like you were busy having a good time XD I'm not sad I missed the power outage, sounded like a mess. now I'm sorry I missed the concert, those guys look pretty funny XD (but Fanime didn't list it on the pocket guide nande....)
This report is so awesome! T^T;; The tin for the tea is SO ADORABLE! I'm gonna try to track one down now because, GAHHHHHHH, super cute!! AND THOSE CUPS TOO!
Thanks for linking to that report on Koyama-san's character design panel! Such good info on it!
AND I CAN'T BELIEVE I MISSED THAT NATSUKI AND HARU! *sob* Oh well… it's awesome to see more tsuritama love out there! XD
Dangit… after reading all this, I'm already excited for next year's Fanime! Hahahahaha….gwagh….

Yeah.. the guide had a few quirks that were hard to read or not enough info...
