That is a great view. With your return you should invest in some Window Treatments or some good thick drapes. We put up some custom window treatments in our bedroom from IKEA and now its dark as night during daylight hours. Only small bits of light poke through the top. I like this cause at night I am hypersensitive and everything seems to bother me to where I can't sleep. I need to have music, but not too loud and not too soft, it has to be just right and no light, or else its tossing and turning all night.... weed helps though ;)

I am also very particular when it comes to sleeping. I need to be wearing socks unless it's very warm, I need to always be covered, I need two pillows, no lights, but the television has to be on but quietly so that I can't fully make out what is being said. My bedroom has black brocade-esque curtains with a black satin lining so that when they are pulled closed there is only a sliver of light between the curtain and the wall. That picture was taken off the edge of the balcony which is outside and has no curtains.

Well it seems that you already have the windows covered then. I can't sleep with sox, or any clothes except boxers for some reason, just makes me feel tied up or something.
