Woman: You became an RA becuase you have this wonderful need to be helpful.. You suit the job so well becuase dispite the fact that really we are stupid people most of the time.. I know that you will always be there for me for whatever and whenever I need you to be. These situations are hard and all you can do is what you've been doing in offering your time and unconditional support. Talking to Councilling might not be such a bad plan at all. You can't force him.. but you can be there when he needs you often that's all it takes.. your doing a wonderful job..

Dollface, you are doing an awesome job. The fact that you are even there for this guy to talk to is a feat and a half. He felt comfortable coming to talk to you about this stuff, so it's not like he's respressing it completely. If he was, he'd briefly mention it, and then refuse to talk about it. You're a wonderful person, and you are doing so well as RA. No worries.
