I just went bike riding. For FIVE minutes. While this isn't much, it's five more than I've spent in any "traditional" exercise in almost the last year. Unles you count all the running in BDUs and tac boots last weekend. :D

I need to do this too ~nod~ but I hate riding a bike, it makes my butt hurt :( I am walking Lindsay back and forth to school every day though :joy that's 30 minutes total 2x a day.. so 1 hour ~blink~ no that can't be right.. maybe it's only 20-25 minutes there and back... no way I walk an hour a day.. I'll have to time it for real today.

Bike riding is great for the exercise :D. I bought a bike this summer and try riding it for 40 minutes a couple days a week. If you stick with it and do so every morning... i think you will begin to notice how much better you will feel everyday after it. The first week of it is crappy, but it's great afterwards :D. Tis also a good stress reliever.
