Hawai'i is a damn good distraction. I'll probably be reading livejournal only sporadically; email and phone should work okay, though. Maui is, as expected, beautiful.

On the west side of the island, I think it's called Kapalua. Lots of vegetation and foothills, really beautiful.

Go have lunch, dinner or drinks up at the golf course ... at sunset. It is a spectacular view.
