so I've worked two weeks of my new job. so far, i think i really like it. it was definitely the right decision. i feel useful, and everyone is so nice. it is SO hard working 9-6, and getting up at 7am, but i'm starting to get used to it. the "long" commute is new to me too. "long" meaning like 25 minutes. haha. i just come home from work and after an hour i am basically a zombie. i can't believe i finally work for a REAL company. it's scary, and i'm still getting used to it, but it was definitely time for this change.
my lease on my car is up in june. i need to start looking into other cars. i am thinking maybe the subaru impreza? i would love to get a volvo because everyone rates them the safest cars, but i don't know if i can even afford to lease one of those...i need to do some research i guess. my requirements are that it needs to have comparable trunk space to what i have now (i have a focus hatchback), AWD, and ABS brakes. heated seats are a plus. ha
