Spencer was too healthy to warrant a 1-month checkup, so he just went in for 2 month visit.
As I suspected, he's growing fast. 12.5 lbs or so, up from 6.5lbs at birth. He's almost double his birth weight already! Although to be fair, he has become a worrisome 4 day or more pooper, and when he was weighed, he was overdue. He's up to 75th

With Eleanor it's wiggling, kicking the page, or other annoying behavior during reading time. I tell her that I won't read when she wiggles and then I stop in the middle of the sentence when she does. The silence gets her attention and she snuggles in to listen attentively.

You are such a good mom. I remember you designing games for Brenna when she was little. You should write a book about entertaining kids.

I made it until the "I'm sad because I lost my wallet" and then I cracked up. That's a grown up worry, kid!

And they both sound gorgeous, in different ways because they're different ages.

I wonder if he remembers Mac stealing "his" wallet and me making Mac come to your door and tearfully apologize?

I'm not sure he even heard what Mac said then, and he never talked about it in connection with Mac. I suspect he heard a parent or teacher at daycare say that once.
