Sympathies on the stuff. I'm currently rejoicing in the fact that we can hang all our art without making the room feel horrifically crowded.

Might S be ready for one of the larger bouncers? (Is he just in his little rocker thingy?) Might give him more to do?

But massive yay for Jack; that's great responsiveness, and clearly shows that this was the right time. Naptime/bedtime is harder; it took an extra 2 months or so for us before Mac decided (on his own) that he didn't want to wear pullups at night. (I was kinda irritated by the fact that pullups cost the same as toddler underwear...)

But wow, yeah, 13 kisses is rather a lot for a 2-year-old. Heck, for an adult!

I think there are some foods that help kids poop at more consistent times?

Possibly switch to a M&M? They're at least a lot smaller than a kiss. Maybe save the hershey's as a pooping reward, when he succeeds in doing that in the potty.

Potty training is kind of like playing a video game, where initially killing the bunnies in level 1 gets you big experience points, but by the time you're level 5 they aren't worth anything. There needs to be some adjustment in rewards as he progresses.

How is he about stickers? Because that could be another way of cutting back on the candy a little bit. Collecting stickers for a big reward, such as a family trip or the little guitar.
