So, it appears that five of my shows had their premieres last night. I watched The Office and the first half hour of My Name is Earl. What did I do instead of watching all of my shows? I went to the gym and got really, really sweaty and tired

That's a really good point. I got used to eating a bowl of it on weekends and it working out well, so I've been having a full cup of it during the week. I actually do eat it in my yogurt and have noticed it's way too much for the little six ounce cup. I get more Kashi than yogurt. Since I have the granola bar in the afternoon, I think I can get away with cutting the serving in half.
I wish there was an appropriate gym with great classes near you. Most classes just don't fit with the laws, do they?

The Bon Secour Gym where I've been taking weight lifting also offers Zumba classes.
And Good Luck with everything.

I'm sorry about the IBD. I've had it since I was a little girl and I know it is so painful. Stress definitely brings it out, and I've discovered that for me, eating a lot of carbs makes it worse. Last year I ate only protein (lots of egg whites), cheese, and veggies for about 2 months and my IBD was about 90% improved. Lately, I've been eating lots of carbs and it is much worse. I have to get back to a better eating plan.
I also like Kashi Go Lean cereal in yogurt. I put it in plain nonfat yogurt and mix in a scoop of vanilla protein power. I also have a protein drink (I mix chocolate American Whey brand with water) before and sometimes after I do my weight training.
Good Luck.

I get the feeling that dealing with IBS is going to be a lot of trial and error.
I seem to deal better with a mix of high-fiber carbs and protein before exercise. That's why my afternoon snack is a Kashi granola bar (6g of protein in those things!) and a banana. I keep hoping that the banana will help ward off the leg cramps, but I think the right footwear is going to do that!

I don't think I could really do meditation. That was always one of my problems in the one yoga class I took. My instructor kept saying to clear my mind and I was like, "And how do you propose I do that?" I suspect knitting more often would help, though. I started to feel better while I was spending a lot of time trying to get my Clapotis finished. It could be a coincidence, but it might not be. I have quite a stash to work through, so it's worth a shot.
