Today I received an email from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), aking me to fax over a form with contact information. This was info that I had already given them, but I suppose the government likes to have its forms in triplicate. Well, now I can get to the site, but it rejects the username/password combo they gave me. I've checked what I think of as obvious (caps lock, use Internet Explorer, accept every cookie, make sure Java is on). Any ideas?

Are the UN/PW case sensitive? I'd imagine you'd already checked that. Could just be a reject due to volume. I'd keep trying.

2 or 3 months! Wow. That's a lot longer than 2 weeks.

How hard a commitment is this, if you go, and decide they're floundering and you'd be waiting in a tent for weeks, waiting for them to get it straightened out?

Not to say don't go, just concerned.
