So many responses run through my head.

1. Gods, you're writing plot. And good plot. Hardboiled detective fic is an art in itself. Pushing the ghosts away and plotting. That's so hot.

2. Unlike most hardboiled detective fics, you're writing this one, so I have hope that the femme fatale (Inuyasha) will end up happily-ever-after (with some angst, maybe) with the dick. (Aka please don't make the pretty boy vanish as the genre dictates.)
